The Major Chakras

Root Chakra – Color Red – Located in the base of the spine. Areas of the body governed – Spinal Column, Kidneys, Stress Responses, Legs and Feet.

Sacral Chakra – Color Orange – Located below the navel. area governed are – Reproductive System and Lower Abdomen.

Solar Plexus Chakra – Color Yellow – Located mid/upper abdomen. Areas governed are – Stomach, Liver, Gall Bladder and Upper Abdomen.

Heart Chakra – Color Green – Located upper chest at shoulder blade level. Areas Governed are – Heart, Blood, Vagus Nerve, Circulatory System, Chest, arms and Hands

Throat Chakra – Color Blue – Located at Centre and base of throat. Areas governed are – Respiratory System, Vocal Cords and Hearing.

Brow Chakra – Color Indigo – Located at Centre and base of throat. Areas governed are – Lower Brain, Nose and Nervous System

Crown Chakra – Color Violet / White – Located at the top of the head. area governed – Upper Brain
