Watch it, then offer your thoughts please.

Amazing. The whole is contained within the part. All parts are reflections of all other parts. If we think about this for a moment you can see that each part can also offer you information on all other parts. Each strand of energy ‘knows’ about all other parts.

Close your eyes and simply ‘know’ where your loved ones are. You can do this, trust me. Listen to your heart chakra and find them. Where are they? Concentrate on someone, your mom, your best friend, your child, anyone; just concentrate and think about them.

I would not be surprised if they are thinking about you now too.
